I just wanted to let you know that I'm so happy and I want to thank you for having this program. I started your
program on Feb.16 and since then I have lost 9 pounds. Not only that, my cholesterol on my last test (Jan 08)
was 243 and in the risk area. NOW IT IS 177. My doctor was very surprised that it got that low in only a few
weeks. She asked me if I was taking medication. The answer was no. IT WAS THE SUGAR DETOX PROGRAM that helped me.

- I implemented the sugar Detox nutrition plan for 3 weeks in early December. At the end of the three-week period I had blood work done for an upcoming physical exam. The results with my lipid tests were amazing. My triglyceride level dropped from 325 to 87, total cholesterol went from 176 to 130, and the LDL/HDL ration was a healthy 2 to 1. In addition, I lost 12 pounds and found myself no longer being tired 30 minutes after eating a meal. These outcomes were great!

I just wanted to share some good news with you. My husband's cholesterol dropped so much that his cardiologist cut his medication in half. And will check him again in April to see if she can stop it totally. My cholesterol has dropped too and I have lost 20.6 pounds in 6 weeks. We also joined a fitness club and go 4-5 times a week. Thanks for getting us started.

- Hi Stephanie,
I just wanted to let you know how good I feel since beginning the sugar detox. I have lost about 19 pounds and have not ever been hungry. I don't miss the chocolate I used to crave or some of the fatty foods like chips or fries. I exercise every morning and at night without having to force myself to do it. The best part though is that I am no longer on blood pressure medication. Thank you.

- I am a teacher in Janesville, and I was introduced to Stephanie’s nutritional consulting from a co-worker. At first, I wasn’t sure that I would be able to follow the menu guidelines because of my busy schedule or be able to avoid ALL sugar. However, I found myself always tired in my afternoon classes, and I wanted to change that. I decided to improve my diet. I was pleased to find that many of the food items were foods that I already ate; I just needed to make a few adjustments, especially cutting out grains.
I have been following the menu guidelines for two months now and plan to make this a lifestyle change. I am very happy with my results. I am not tired in the afternoon anymore. I have learned to make healthier choices in my diet and discovered that there are “hidden” sugars in many food items. My summer clothes are fitting better, and although I haven’t lost a lot of pounds, I have trimmed my waistline and hips.
I would encourage anyone to use Stephanie’s nutritional expertise for improvement with nutrition, health, and life. She has been very helpful with advice and encouragement. This is a very positive lifestyle change for me!

- I am so excited about Stephanie’s program. It has helped me in so many ways. I have lost 30lbs. so far. It has helped reduce my cholesterol and my energy level is so much higher. I feel better mentally as well as physically. Because my weight has dropped and my energy has increased, I am able to exercise almost on a daily basis. My headaches, ankle pain and back pain are all much reduced. This has also helped me feel less depressed. The program has been easy to follow. The foods are so creative and taste wonderful! I have actually discovered a few food items that I had not wanted to try before and now love them!! Stephanie has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had.
My wife has been following along with the program in support of me. It’s easier to have both of us eating the same things rather than preparing multiple meals each time we eat. - Stephanie's healthy eating plan has had an important impact on my body, both physically and emotionally. For the first time in many years I'm experiencing significantly less knee pain and almost no headaches. This freedom from pain has led me to be more active, taking both Pilates and Yoga classes. The exercise classes have helped elevate my mood and give me an upbeat outlook. It has been great to look better after losing 22 pounds, but it has been just as important to feel better and to be healthier.

- I am the Head Baseball coach at the University of Illinois-Chicago. I contacted Stephanie several months ago because I had six athletes that we felt needed some nutritional education. All six are athletes that will eventually play professional baseball but lacked the background to make sound decisions regarding their daily nutritional needs.
Stephanie provided all of them with individualized menus that in just 8 short weeks had a profound influence on their body fat, weight and most importantly their energy. - Stephanie's program has changed my life. I am a much happier and much more energetic person than I was before contacting Stephanie, and all I did was change the way I eat. The last 3 or 4 months before starting this program, I was so tired I couldn't wait for the kids to leave for school so I could lie down again and sleep the morning away. I couldn't keep my eyes open. Within 3 to 4 days of starting Stephanie's program, I had so much more energy, I didn't even think of taking another nap.

- As my age neared 40, weight started to add on and it became more and more difficult to get back in shape. At this point, I have been eating according to my nutritional plan for ten weeks. I have lost 27 pounds. I have dropped from a size 12 to size 8 and most recently have bought a few things in size 6. Shopping is fun again.
In addition to my weight loss, I have had many other unexpected benefits such as loss of joint pain, stomach aches and back pain. I also have more energy and have been able to work more exercise into my days.
