Initial Appointment
- 60-90 minute appointment to assess specific health needs and goals and determine a program to meet those needs and goals.
Weekly Weight Loss Coaching
- Total Metabolic Testing once per month to assess body fat percentage, total body water percentage, visceral fat rating, and hip waist ratio
- Food Journaling-emailed to me weekly to fix any problems early
- Weekly meeting to weigh in and add action steps

14-Day Sugar Detox
- Sugar Detox Strategy Session
- 14-day easy to follow Program of exactly what you will need to do including menu plan with recipes and grocery lists

- Consistent phone and email support to ensure accountability and success
Weekly Wellness Coaching
- Designed for someone who is looking for nutritional support for specific health concerns (fatigue, low energy, hormone imbalances, reduce cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, osteoporosis, IBS, cancer, stress reduction, etc)
- Monthly Total Metabolic Testing

Weight Maintenance Plan
- So that you stay lean for life
- Monthly Total Metabolic Testing (TMT) and a check in visit
- If TMT shows a downward spiral of roughly 5 lbs, 2-3 percent body fat and 1 inch on waist, it would be recommended to be placed back on the weekly plan for 1 month.
- If TMT shows a downward spiral of roughly 5 lbs, 2-3 percent body fat and 1 inch on waist, it would be recommended to be placed back on the weekly plan for 1 month.
