Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Stephanie Tuss. I am a nutrition consultant and educator, and have a passion for educating people about food and it's impact on physical and mental health as well as weight loss and a healthy diet plan.

I live in a beautiful city in southern Wisconsin with my husband and two little girls. I have my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education, my Master of Science Degree in Holistic Nutrition, and am currently pursuing a PhD in Holistic Nutrition.

I first became interested in the nutrition field when I gave birth to my oldest daughter. After four months of colic, and a countless number of doctors telling me that she would grow out of it, I took matters into my own hands, and began to look at nutrition. Two weeks later, I had discovered that the colic that was a "stage" was actually a severe reaction to milk protein. Once I eliminated dairy from her diet, she was a different child.

I began to wonder how many other parents were struggling with the same situation that I faced. My experience opened up a whole new world to me. I began to study Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health, and through my classes I've been able to personally lose over 60 pounds, help others fight chronic disease, and become versed in nutritional therapies and supplement use.

Being an educator, I wanted to share my story with others, and what better way than becoming a nutrition consultant. My ultimate goal is to empower you with knowledge, motivate you to make healthy changes, and compassionately support you every step of the way.
